Do I pay Sales Tax?
If you purchase from Josh Levkoff Jewelry and the order is shipped to a location in NY or SC your purchase is subject to each states sales tax. Sales Tax may vary based on final destination. Customers outside NY & SC are responsible for reporting or adhering to their own state or country tax laws.

Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all international orders:

  • Prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Josh Levkoff Jewelry is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and any other associated fees.
  • The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
  • Josh Levkoff Jewelry is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.
  • All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Can I create a Custom Piece of Jewelry?
Yes we can create any Custom Piece of Jewelry, whether you want to alter small things on a Ring or Piece you see on our site, if they are in fact our designs or you draw something up for us, we can create any custom order. Josh Levkoff’s expert Certified Gemologists are here to help you find exactly what you want. Whatever your preference or budget, our Certified Gemologists can help you customize the perfect engagement ring, locate a specific diamond, or find that one-of-a-kind gift. We offer 3D imaging of your proposed design(s) prior to final stages of manufacturing to insure it is exactly what you are looking for. Do you Solely make Rings?

No! At Josh Levkoff Jewelry we make all kinds of unique, custom jewelry from Rings, Bracelets, Pendants, Necklaces, Earrings, etc.. The sky is the limit. What you dream up we can create!

At Josh Levkoff we refuse to copy and sell any piece of jewelry that has a Patent, Patent Pending, Trademark, Copyright or anything of this nature attached to it. To this fact we show some images on the site that we do NOT claim we made nor do we sell them.

Are Custom pieces Returnable?
Special orders are not returnable. Deposits for pieces are also not refundable, they are only transferable.

What if I order the Ring and its too big or small?
Ring resizing is available for all platinum, white gold, rose gold and yellow gold engagement rings, as well as all Three Stone Rings. If you would like your ring re-sized please contact a representative and we will be happy to help. * Please note some types of rings are not able to be resized, so accurate sizing is very important. Please note there are charges & costs involved on re-sizing rings.

If I don’t see the Diamond I want on your site, can you get it for me?
Yes if you do not see what you are looking for on our site, please contact one of our Graduate Gemologists and they will get you whatever it is you are looking for.

What Payment Methods do you accept?
Wire Transfer, Credit Card, Personal Check, Certified Check, Money Order

Who is liable for the ring when being shipped to me?
We fully insure each order all the way to you.

Any days on which you do not deliver?
We do deliver on all days however Saturdays are handled a little bit different. If you cannot be available to receive your order on a weekday, we can arrange for your order to be delivered on Saturday. FedEx Saturday Service, available in the vast majority of US cities, is subject to availability. If Saturday Service is unavailable in your area, we can arrange for you to pick up your package at the FedEx World Service Center nearest you. If you’re interested in these services, call 917-463-0058 to speak to a Certified Gemologist.

Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, here at Josh Levkoff Jewelry we offer free Consultations with one of our Graduate Gemologists.

Do you have Gemologists on Staff?
Yes, we employ all Graduate Gemologists here at Josh Levkoff Jewelry to help our customers. Our Gemologists have the proper experience and background to help out and answer any and all questions one may have.

What is covered by your lifetime warranty?
We want all of our customers to be extremely happy with their purchase. To help ensure this, we offer a very flexible return and exchange policy. If something is not right with our order, please contact one of our representatives and we’ll make it right.

We stand behind everything we sell. In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry, please contact one of our representatives and we’ll make it right. In addition, we offer free prong tightening and cleaning for the life of your fine jewelry. For most other repairs and damages with your jewelry items there will be costs & fees, but they will be minimal.

Do you offer cleaning and re-sizing?
We offer free prong tightening and cleaning for the life of your fine jewelry. We will gladly resize your ring if needed for a minimal charge. Do you offer engraving for Jewelry?
Yes we offer Engraving on all Jewelry where it is possible to engrave on when purchasing the item initially.

Can I see the Ring or Diamond prior to purchasing?
At Josh Levkoff Jewelry we want the buying process to be as Personal as you want it to be. We offer Consultations via Skype, Video Chat, In Person.. All means by which one can see the Ring or Diamond prior to purchasing.

Are any of the Diamonds on your site Laser Treated, Clarity Enhanced, Color Enhanced or Modified in any way?
No, we only sell Natural, Conflict-Free Diamonds, that are Free from any treatments.

What are Conflict-Free Diamonds and do you sell them?
These Diamonds have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations resolutions. The seller hereby guarantees that these Diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these Diamonds.

Josh Levkoff Jewelry, along with the global diamond industry, has a zero-tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds. Through measures such as the Kimberley Process, which tracks diamonds from mine to market, the industry in partnership with the United Nations, governments, and non-governmental organizations, polices diamond exports to prevent the trade of illegal diamonds.

At Josh Levkoff Jewelry, we only work with the largest and most respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process. All of our diamonds are warranted to be conflict free. We will continue to support and promote any process that works to uphold legitimacy in the diamond trade.

What is a Diamond Certificate?
A Diamond Certificate or Grading Report, is a Blueprint into the Diamond. It gives you all of the details that you need to know when purchasing a Diamond. The GIA Diamond Grading Report includes an assessment of a diamond’s 4C’s – color, clarity, cut, and carat weight – along with a plotted diagram of its clarity characteristics and a graphic representation of the diamond’s proportions.

Do you offer an upgrade policy?
We are willing to discuss upgrades, buybacks, and exchanges on a case by case basis. Please contact a representative and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.

If I see a piece of Jewelry on the site and I want it in a different metal type, is this possible?
Yes any piece of Jewelry you see on the site can be done in a number of different metals. If you have an interest in changing the Metal Type, please contact one of our Graduate Gemologists and they will take care of it.

Is it possible to lose a small Diamond set in my Ring?

Yes it is possible to lose MicroPave Set Diamonds from your ring. There is very little metal holding the diamonds in place. If hit hard enough one time or repeatedly in the same place you can break or shift the prong and a stone can pop out. If you take your ring off too quickly or in the incorrect way you can bend the metal and cause the prongs to shift and a stone can pop out. From normal daily wear and tear there are actions that can cause smaller diamonds to pop out. (Please note when the ring or piece of jewelry is delivered to the client they have all been tested and all diamonds are securely set)

At Josh Levkoff Jewelry we stand by all of our products. If there is any damage caused by daily wear and tear from the ring, then we will work with our clients to repair the ring at as minimal of a cost as possible.

How can I figure out what size ring to order?
Three ways to find out your girlfriend’s ring size:
A.) ask one of her friends. You know at some point or another she has let her friends know her size for that one day where “you” will need it.
B.) take one of her rings she wears to a jeweler and get it sized
C.) for the sneaky and crafty type, you can cut a thin piece of paper and wrap it around her finger while she is sleeping, tape it together around her finger, slide it off, then take it to jeweler to get measured.
