Step by Step Customization Process

Josh Levkoff uses advanced computer imaging and design technology to create custom jewelry to our clients’ exact specifications. Clients who come to our New York City office can sit with our design team in our design studio to create their piece in real-time via 3D digital rendering. Not located in NYC? No problem! Clients located out of the New York area can still utilize the custom design services via our remote desktop sharing program. This program allows remote clients the opportunity to still create their jewelry directly with our design team from the luxury of their own home. How this works: Our customers send us a picture of the item they want*.  Our engineer creates a computer rendering of this item.  We send this rendering to you and adjust it with any changes or suggestions.  Next we create a wax mold and then the casting in your choice of platinum or gold.  After polishing your stones are set by our expert staff.  This process from start to finish takes 2-4 weeks and results in your dream piece of jewelry for that special someone–all at a significantly lower price than you will find anywhere else.

Please note: We will not copy right-protected pieces.
Step 1: The client sends us a link, picture, drawing or description of the desired piece:
Step 3: We add to the computer rendering client specified details such as type of metal, stone shape and size, stone placement. This is sent to the client via our 3D sharing program for approval, changes, and/or questions.
Step 5: The clients model is printed via our 3D printerStep 7: The ring returns from casting in rough, unpolished form. The holes are drilled for setting of all diamonds.
Step 9: The ring is given to our expert setters which hand set each and every diamond and create and custom design detail and/or engraving.
Step 2: Our design team creates a 3D drawing and sends it to the client for feedback:Step 4: Based on customer request, we provide further computer models depicting customer requests and/or customer options. The above picture shows the same ring with and without additional accent stones and pink diamonds on the top.Step 6: The wax model is prepared for casting in the metal of the client’s choosingStep 8: The diamonds are selected and a layout is created for client approvalStep 10: A Final polish and the beautiful custom piece is ready! This process results in the highest quality custom jewelry for that special someone.

This process offers complete client control and customization at significant discounts from retail prices
