Step 1: The client sends us a link, picture, drawing or description of the desired piece:
Step 3: We add to the computer rendering client specified details such as type of metal, stone shape and size, stone placement. This is sent to the client via our 3D sharing program for approval, changes, and/or questions.
Step 5: The clients model is printed via our 3D printer Step 7: The ring returns from casting in rough, unpolished form. The holes are drilled for setting of all diamonds.
Step 9: The ring is given to our expert setters which hand set each and every diamond and create and custom design detail and/or engraving. |

Step 2: Our design team creates a 3D drawing and sends it to the client for feedback: Step 4: Based on customer request, we provide further computer models depicting customer requests and/or customer options. The above picture shows the same ring with and without additional accent stones and pink diamonds on the top. Step 6: The wax model is prepared for casting in the metal of the client’s choosing Step 8: The diamonds are selected and a layout is created for client approval Step 10: A Final polish and the beautiful custom piece is ready!
